Good professional service from the Receptionist and GP. Especially from the receptionist who had to deal with a quite rude member of the public before me!

I didnt feel the Dr gave me a chance to describe all my symptoms. I also felt that if youve had a number of e-consults you should maybe offered a face to face appointment if it is a physical problem so you can be examined

It was a yearly review of test results nice to be offered a face to face appointment and best was that I have time to discuss things and to be listen to . Definitely made me feel a lot better . 5 minutes face to face goes a long way !

I attended my appointment having firstly given a urine sample to the member of staff, having been told to bring one in my text message when I had arranged for an appointment The Staff member said”what do I need this for?” I replied by saying I was ask to provide a sample in my text I was told that this appointment was only 7 mins and to take bloods. The upshot of this, my urine sample was checked, bloods taken and then given another appointment to see the proper diabetic practitioner next week - thanks

Tbh I never got to the bottom of my issues, I wanted to find out why I keep feeling weak, had multiple blood tests to find out about liver function and possible overactive thyroid, only got back liver function test, so issue with thyroid still in question, and I still have dizzy spells so nothing is sorted out!

Fast connection to surgery I was offered an appointment within the hour Lorraine was very professional and made me feel at ease She was able to understand why I needed to see someone and has referred me to the appropriate department needed
