Missed call for jabs and was at the ti e at daughter's graduation. Call back aprox to a rude lady say well we have texted you we will call you. .. cant always have phone with me due to sensitive work..poor service

1st time with you. Very pleasent staff, and very helpful. Just a bit concerned with having to wait 2 weeks for drs app, esp as ive held off coming for so long. I also need to book my gp as shes hrt specialist but ill run out of medication before i can get app and i meed it changed as not helping. Ill have to continue till then.

Kept informed and reminded of appointment. Where & exact location where I needed to attend. Day of appointment. Staff really friendly. All procedures were explained in full and reasons why being done. Really helpful info relayed. Test results fast on return that came through via text message as requested. Can’t fault anything.

Really happy with the setvice , from not having to stay on hold and getting called back, to completing eforms and getting provided with prescriptions or advice, whichever is needed

I was given an appointment after an e-consult. I work shift and unfortunately slept in. I was 15 minutes late for the appointment. The receptionist at the Wootton St branch understood the predicament and booked me in for the Drayton branch later that day. I was seen as normal and helpful advice from the nurse, with medication aligned. Thank you

I came for a smear test and the nurse that dealt with me was fantastic, very professional and gave me appropriate information on what was going to happen with the sample, when to expect a response etc. I was very satisfied with the whole service.

I rang on busy Monday morning. Spoke to receptionist within 10 minutes. Very sympathetic. Given appointment within 2 hours. I am 79 and asthmatic and was very grateful for quick service. Was given thorough examination and put on strong medication straight away.

I was very pleased with the service, receptionist was very helpful With a lovely smile . I needed Physio and my appointment was very quick and surprised after all the bad stories I’ve heard of NHS The dr. made me feel very at ease

Had an appointment two weeks ago for nagging knee pain. Was told to apply for Assessment Assessment full Tried again two weeks later - assessment full. Phone for doctors call back today - referred to physio therapy tomorrow.

Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately it appears that this relates to the Solent MSK service as supposed to the Surgery itself. I can see that when one of our GPs spoke with you, they were able to book you into a slot directly and I hope you have been seen now.
