Usually I give 5 Stars but on this occasion it’s only the 3. The reason why was I had an appointment for a blood pressure test but when I went in to have it done I was told that it shouldn’t have been that day for some reason although I got a text booking me in. I had to have another appointment made whilst there for more or less a months time so I had a wasted journey.

I turned up at clinic unaware that my appt with pharmacist was a telephone one. I ended up having to take the call in the street. Not the best way to have the appt.

Communication very good to direct exactly where to go by text message. I felt the lady that’s was doing my diabetic check explained what I was having done and why.

Never spoken to this. Dr before and although he seemed to listen he didn’t seem concerned over the issue I have with my head which was my main worry, but I trust Doctors so I’m sure he was right

I was seen as soon as the surgery could. But, my symptoms persiste despite completion of my antibiotics regime.

I was refered to Physio for severe knee pain. I saw the physio who decided my pain was made worse due to excess Cortisol cause by all the stress I am under right now. He offered no pain relief or therapy. Suggested I take some time for myself every day. I am in pain all the time. I would be interested in his report. Totally useless exercise.

The nurse was very good and explained everything very well, but there was a prescription at the chemist but was at the wrong chemist, little bit of hassle sorting it out.
