Overall my visit for a blood test was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. I personally have many positive reasons for recommending Drayton Surgery although I miss the opportunity to talk directly with my own GP about issues which pertain to my personal health plan.

Great care and attention taken, diagnosis and medication prescribed for eye problem, blood pressure taken and recommended to take and record twice a day for a week. Urine test arranged. This is the best surgery I have ever attended and I am 70yrs old.

The lady was very helpful and polite I explained I had a sickness bug and thought it best to rearrange my diabetic nurse appionment

Went for blood test. Came away with bruised arm for second time,Bruise lasted two weeks,same as before.

Myb econsult was dealt with reasonably quickly but although I answered all the questions for some reason I had to answer them all again a couple of days later. However once over that things moved along quickly and the doctor was very helpful.

Very supportive and straight forward process right through from the initial phone call to the F2F appointment with a GP at the Surgery and the subsequent follow-ups.

mid June I called the surgery at 8am. I had an appointment later that morning. Simple login on arrival to say I had turned up. The doctor was lovely, friendly, made me feel at ease. Listened to me, did a few obs and gave me a prescription. No waiting at all.
