Face to face appointment went well. However X-ray referral did not get sent. Therefore had to chase after 3 weeks

Clinician was very nice, friendly, professional, approachable, caring & had excellent bedside manner. Made me feel very comfortable. Also made me feel she had time for me & I didn't feel rushed. A big thank you to her. Top marks!

Today was my 4th appointment since mid June. Not once have i had any problems getting an appointment, all on same day as my call. Never felt like i was a nuisance to keep coming back. All staff lovely and very helpful. Calming relaxing experience. Cannot say a bad word about my experiences. We are lucky to have a fantastic local surgery

Having requested a Diabetic Annual Review appointment from the Care Navigator I was somewhat surprised when I attended to be told that I had been given an incorrect appointment. However, the diabetic nurse I saw promptly sorted everything out and did the whole review herself including all the tests. A really positive visit. Thank you.

The nurse or the lady that carried out my ECG was professional and caring. She said the Doctor would examine my ECG results and would contact me but I have not received a call.

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry you are unhappy with the service. I can see that the GP did review your ECG but wanted specific advice from the Cardiology department at QA as there had been some questions that needed to be answered by a specialist. Unfortunately, these can sometimes take a while to come back and we didn't receive a reply until over a week later. I can see that the GP has now come back to you with the answers. I apologise that you weren't informed of the process.
