    The support given, without making me feel like a nuisance! Your receptionist/care navigators are always so friendly and nothing is too much for them.

    Phoned and after a short time spoke to helpful receptionist who took details of my concern and asked if I considered it was an emergency. I said probably not. She asked me to wait whist she consulted someone else; came back shortly afterwards and advised me to phone the following morning between 8am and 11am. This I did (8am) and after waiting a few minutes was told I was booked in to see a nurse later that morning. I was seen on time and reassured nothing untoward to worry about. Very impressed

    I was examined by the doctor and blood tests ordered but no information or advice was given re the reason why I had come. I felt that that was not taken seriously and I had wasted the doctors time.

    Thank you for your comments. I am sorry you are unhappy with the service. The first stage in many investigations is to get blood results which may give more information - especially if the ailment is unexplained. I can see that Dr Aref did this for you and then followed you up via telephone when the results were in at the end of the month. In this instance more investigations were required to rule out further possible problems. I am sorry you are unhappy with this.

    After having this problem for quite a long time ,I was urged by a friend to get it checked out .I did so with hesitation only to find a very prompt reply and appointments all set up within 2 weeks most at the surgery itself, which is helpful in its self .Receptionists were very friendly and helpful plus the nursing team themselves were great.. !!

    I was unable to get urgent advice after using e consult. I was given a tel appointment for 09.10 after the weekend. Call came before 8, I missed it and had to go back to the beginning again.

    Thank you for your comment. I am sorry you are unhappy with the service. I can see from your records that the eConsult was submitted on put in on 12th May and was entered to the relevant slot with the GP at 08.50 - within the stated timeframe on the eConsult. We don't give out times for the eConsult calls and this is always stated in the notification text you get to let you know we have received your eConsult. In this case, the GP had looked at your eConsult and arranged an appointment on the Monday morning at 9.00am with one of the team which you had declined. He had then tried to call you on the morning of the 15th May but had been unable to make contact with you. We do request that eConsult is used for routine issues rather than those that could be classed as urgent, as there is a 48 hour turnaround for them. Whilst we try our best to respond sooner, sometimes this is not possible. Again, I am sorry you have been dissatisfied with the service on this occasion.

    I recently moved practice as a result of relocating. I cannot praise this practice enough. Each time I have communicated with the receptionists, they have always been friendly, compassionate and have always troubleshooted any issues, or referred on if required. The doctors have all been extremely empathetic, compassionate and caring. When completing an econsult, I have always received contact within the suggested time frame and the outcome is always very positive. The nurses have also been amazing. I feel very well looked after at the practice and I really cannot thank you all enough for the support and treatment I have received.

    The Doctor rang to discuss possible further medication being required. We were also(myself & my husband able to speak about existing medication which was most helpful. It was a very useful chat.

    Went for a blood test. Previously received email told me to go downstairs. Walked in. Greeted immediately by receptionist. Called in for blood test on time. Simple, quick, efficient. Havent had results yet.
