The Doctor was very professional, reassuring and showed empathy and compassion for my health concerns. The prescription was sent over to the next door pharmacy in a timely manner. Overall, the service was outstanding.

The e consult system. Speed at which I got a face to face appointment. Very impressed with the trainee GP I saw. He was very thorough and explained everything well.

Everyone from the receptionist who first took my call, the receptionist who signed me in and the Health Care Provider who assessed me, all showed absolute care, kindness and efficiency.

This appointment was arranged follpwing a telephone contact ealier the same morning. The nurse was very thorough throughout the examination, and a full explanation of her conclusion and the reason for making her decision was given. Further advice given regarding what action to take if my condition deteriorated.

The Recectionist was hvery professional and helpful. The Doctor was also professional in her approach in dealing with my situation. My dignity was maintained and she exactly wjat she was doing.

In my opinion it is a job to get an appointment but it is always dealt with speaking on the phone but week before last I phoned with a complaint that was more serious and I had an appointment within half an hour so I was pleased the only thing I would say was the doctor wanted me to book to have a blood test in two weeks but when I went to reception they offed me an appointment for three and a half so I again I said but the doctor wants it done in two weeks but all I got was that is the only appointment left so I still havent had that done

Initially difficult to communicate to. I visited the surgery to ask what the procedure was to make an appointment. The reception gave ma a link. to the website, however when I tried to use it I was presented with a series of options none of which enabled me to describe my medical problem. After some time I sent an email to the email address on the website but I received a response advising me that it was an unmonitored address. I later received a telephone call advising me that I had an appointment later that day.
