    I attended the surgery for a blood test. The reception staff were friendly & helpful. I was seen on time and the blood test was done quickly and efficiently.

    I managed to make a same day appointment to see a doctor at Wootton St surgery with regard to a lump under my chin. The doctor felt around it and decided that it should be checked out at the hospital and that she would make an appointment at QA for me. A couple of days later I received notification that I could see the Consultant within a few days. I had a scan and was relieved when he said it was benign and not to worry. All of this was accomplished within a fortnight. I was most impressed.

    The service from the care navigators is outstanding. When the e-consult facility i always get a response within the time stated. Whenever i book my routine B12 injection i always get the day it's due.

    As a transferred patient the reception staff were most helpful with my issue and expedited my request and it was resolved quickly. HOWEVER...due to unforseen personal issues I missed a phone consult which i responded to at my first opportunity using the response service to say i would be available in 2 days as doctor was not available the next day...im still waiting and that was about a fortnight ago...although i do appreciate that the surgery is busy.

    Following a procedure at St Mary's Hospital I was discharged to the GP practice nurses. Once into the 'system' I was given a number of follow up appointments to change dressings and monitor the healing procrss prior to discharge.

    Since being transferred to this Surgery, my first appointment was scheduled at 10.30 am and i was called in at 10.55 am. My followup appointment (both appointmentswith the nurse) was scheduled at 9 am and i was called in at 9.25 am. The surgery was not too busy for that sort of a delay. Not sure why though

    Thank you for your comments, I am sorry you are unsatisfied. The appointment times are when you should arrive by, not a guarantee you will be seen at that time. Sometimes there is a lot more going on behind the scenes than you can see - staff may be assisting a colleague with a patient who needs more specific help, or could be dealing with an emergency.

    The receptionist who booked my appointment was friendly, helpful and patient with me. At my appointment the nurse practitioner was also friendly, helpful and clear. She listened to me properly and didnt make me feel like I was being rushed through. Very grateful for the positive experience and getting my medical problem sorted out swiftly.

    Really cannot fault this practice. The staff on reception always helpfull and polite. I had a face to face appointment with a doctor I managed to get this with no problems.. I have used the econsult for other things and never had a problem . I only wish I had joined this practice earlier

    The system is good in that it’s convenient for both GP practice and patient however it’s limiting in that this online system will only suit a certain tech savvy patient so runs the risk of patients at risk of slipping through the gaps. I didn’t hear back in the timeframe indicated however the mechanism to report this was easy and the Dr responded later. Overall very positive
