What an efficient surgery. After waiting 40 minutes for my call to be answered I received a face to face appointment on the day and was seen on time. A subsequent blood test was booked for a few days later then I received the results by text less than 24 hours later! A very impressive service.

I rang early on morning for a medical opinion; I was initially 20 in the queue. However the queue moved swiftly and I had a call back from a GP within 30 minutes of me contacting the surgery.

Drayton road surgery arranged a very speedy appointment at wooton street surgery. I spoke to a very pleasant doctor who arranged a test and a prescription, i was extremely pleased with all concerned at the two sites, and the receptionists are always very helpful.

It was busy and the machine to check in was easy to use as never had used it before as never realised it was there the staff and doctors was very helpful and polite

Having been at North Harbour for 25yrs I was apprehensive to join Drayton Surgery. That said, the changeover was smooth and the service has been excellent. Long may it continue but not the music played when on hold - it's dire!

I contacted the surgery with my health issues and the response was very quit I was booked to see the GP the same day and has been referred further without delay . Thank you so much for your support. But staff is required to answer calls as my waiting time was approximately 20 minutes but of all well done kee it up
