Timely response . Caring attitude. Listened attentively . Understanding . Professional. Polite. Focused on finding the most appropriate solution considering the patients feelings and input. Explained the final decision . Set up plan for follow -up. Reassuring.

I have not had a dr this good in years. Responsive kind GP responsive helpful and friendly staff I feel valued and listened to at last.

Only took 2 days from an econsult to get a F2F appointment so I am very grateful, nurse that saw me was fantastic understanding and reassuring. Really pleased with the service and so glad Drayton are my new surgery. Thank you

I was sent a text which confirmed my appointment at the drayton surgery but on arrival it was actually at the woollton surgery. I then had to rush over there as no one was available to see me at drayton. I was informed that the text sent to me was wrong and this would be passed onto a manager. On the positive the nurse who I saw at Woollton street was lovely and informative. She is the only person who has discussed any other public health messages with me such as checking breasts etc. She was calm and informative and the procedure was very efficient and not too uncomfortable .

Thank you for your comments. We have recently changed the text reminder software that we use so hopefully this will stop further confusion about which site the appointment is at. Please do let us know if you have any more issues like this as we cannot make changes without the knowledge.

The person who did my blood test, I think her name was Sadie was really good, she reassured me as this was my first blood tests alone. But at first I got told my results would be back in 3-4 working days and then got told 3-14 working days and after this time period I still haven’t got any results back so I had to phone and then they just spoke to me there, did you just forget to give them back?

The wait on the telephone queue was less than 20 minutes which I thought was acceptable. Receptionist who dealt with my call was helpful and offered me an appointment that day. The receptionist checked if was I able to reach the surgery for my appointment. Pleased with the receptionist.

In the circumstances and for planned visits the service has been excellent. The abilty to communicate with my doctor with a one time text message response has improved general communication significantly. I am unsure what would happen if I needed a more urgent response that doesn't warrant a 999 call and A&E.

The speed of response from calling about my toddler at 9am to receiving a call back just half an hour later and then giving us an appointment at lunchtime. I’m very impressed with the service for children checking them out for even minor things. The nurse that we saw has a lovely manner with my child and reassured me that it’s always best to get your child checked out despite me thinking I was maybe wasting their time.
