First Dr in 16 years who has sat with me and listened and got to the bottom of my pain and helped me to get a diagnosis after suffering for so long. All staff were amazing while my dad was having end of life care. The pharmacy technician is the only negative experience I had so far with this surgery, I confided in her about the death of my father and the issues it was causing me and she didn't even acknowledge it, just made me feel as if she thought I was drug seeking even though I was following the Dr's instructions. Also caused alot of stress during my dads end of life care, doing the same to him, refusing his pain relief and making us chase it causing extra stress.

Everything was fine with me, I visited Drayton Surgery sometimes especially for stomach issues, and I got the right help, I just thanks the doctor and all staff who helping patients.

Receptionist very friendly, polite and helpful. Call from doctor all of the above, felt listened to and not rushed in the consultation.

I have always had great experience when dealing with Drayton Surgery all staff are helpful and caring. It’s getting into the surgery for treatment/help. Once you have an appointment and “in the system” all good - just getting there in first place via phone (the queue) or via econsult (no availability)

I was disappointed not to have received a response by the date/time as promised in a text from the surgery, however I was contacted a couple of days later and given a date for an X-ray in a couple of days.

Just moved to this surgery from another local surgery. The difference in service is exceptional. The reception team make you feel like they care (as apposed to feeling like an inconvenience). Book in once in surgery is easy, and the medical staff again were extremely caring. Big thank you to the whole team.

The transfer from North harbour has gone so well and smoothly. My wife and I both know from our jobs that this sort of thing is not simple and easy. I very rarely need to get in touch with my GP surgery and whilst this has clearly been a pressured time, the service has been exceptional and it's great to be able to get results and outcomes by text and email

You haven’t called me yet, I had one message saying I had a voice mail which I didn’t so I tried to call back but I hung up after half hour of not getting thru.

Thank you for your comments, I am sorry you are unhappy with the service. I can see that Dr Drake tried to call you on 19th April and then followed this up with a text message asking you to text back when you were able to talk so that he could call you again. There was no requirement for you to call the surgery and wait in the queue as Dr Drake was waiting to talk to you. If you still need to be consulted about your problem, please submit another eConsult and someone will come back to you.
