Very quick call back after email was sent to book a blood test. Unfortunately still no contact after asking about other results from early April appointment after sending another email.

Although very busy only a short waiting time. Nurse friendly and treated me with dignity and compassion. The only fault was Nurse going to text at the end of her shift with a date my next injection was due. This never arrived. It was a very busy day for all the staff due to staff sickness. Lovely friendly environment. This was my first visit having had to change surgeries due to closure.

Listened to my son who has DS and interacted with him and included me too . Gave us time to explain the problem and give us options for treatment . Very professional amdfriendily

Having submitted an eConsult with accompanying photographs of my condition a GP replied in a few days with her diagnosis and having placed a script at my nominated Pharmacy.

I had a telephone consultation with a very nice Doctor who was really helpful. On phoning the surgery at 8.15. I didnt wait long for a Doctor to ring back. Although i prefer face to face , on this occasion it wasnt necessary.

Service on all levels and being heard. Really listened to. All possible tests carried out swiftly. Best service from a Drs office on all levels I’ve ever had.

E Consult answered within specified time, was called through dead on the appointment time. Dr. Was attentive and answered my queries patiently and thoroughly, examination was gentle but thorough and the prescribed medication immediately sent to pharmacy where it was ready for me to collect.

After a visit to the Cardiac Clinic, and the recommendation from the consultant for extra medication, this was responded to by one of the doctors at the surgery. I was especially happy that I was rung assuring me that this request had been noted and carried out. The prescription was delivered to my home. I was also reassured that I was to submit a further BP reading in a month’s time so that I am still being monitored. Most of all, patients need to be kept informed about what is happening, results of tests etc. In my case this was done. Thank you.

I am fortunate in that i do not often need to visit the surgery. My recent visit was good, the staff were really helpful and kind and courteous. It was and is appreciated.

Regardless of whether their right or wrong the receptionists are not trained doctors so when i say the antibiotics areant working i needed stronger ones they shouldnt be stopping me, i know my own body not them.
