At each stage it was explained to me what was happening and was asked to go back into the waiting room after all information was written up on a report whilst asking to get a 2nd opinion from one of the doctors at the surgery.

The doctor carried out the minor surgery explaining exactly what they were going to do through out. Very happy with everything.

After e consult i was contacted quickly, and if needed you are invited to the surgery, which i think is very important that we are still able to see Doctors face to face.

Was very easy to get an appointment after my e-consult. Staff very polite. Doctor was very professional easy to talk to and unstanding. Much better than our old practice. 100%.

I’m not sure who the doctor was but coming from a different surgery this was the first time I had used my new doctor’s surgery, I have to say what a breath of fresh air I managed to get through within 10 minutes for an emergency appointment straight in within an hour the male doctor who I saw was extremely pleasant and professional attentive and listened. Best move to change surgery for myself and family.

I completed an e-consult which advised I’d hear from somebody within 72 hours. The email confirmation advised before 6.30pm Monday 17 April, however nobody has contacted me.

Thank you for your comments, I am sorry you are unsatisfied with the service. Unfortunately, due to a lot of absence recently, some eConsults have taken longer to complete than usual. I can however see that this was actioned by Dr O'Rourke on the 18th with a prescription sent to your nominated pharmacy, a follow up call was then tried twice by Dr Whittle. Sometimes delays like this are unavoidable but we do understand this can be frustrating.

Having moved into the area recently and registering with Drayton Surgery my first appointment with the Doctor was a follow up meeting that was initiated by my former Surgery. The Doctor had my notes at hand and carried out tests in a very professional and precise manner. I admire all NHS staff and have never had a substandard appointment or experience. Thank you.

Had done an e consult waited 4 days for a call back. Was sent a form to fill in and took back the next day which the doctor said they would take a look and get me in to see him. Waited another week nothing so my wife called there was no record of doctor saying he would get me in and nothing recorded that he was going to get me in. I waited over another week for another phone call still haven’t seen a doctor but he has know referred me to the hospital but now waiting for them to call. One thing that was quick was the blood test got in on a cancellation and got results back within a few days.
