My mother had a funny turn at home and a Dr called back quickly and then asked me to get her to the surgery for the Practitioner Nurse to check her over. The Practitioner Nurse was lovely, did full checks also double checked with a Dr who also popped in to have a chat and check, luckily for us everything was okay the care they took was was great for the situation. In these difficult times I always appreciate the the efforts of our Dr's and Nurses. Thank you Drayton Surgery, keep doing what ypur doing!

Doctor contacted me by phone and based on the description and photo submitted on the e-consult an appointment was made for 2 hours later at the Wootton Street surgery. I was referred onto the hospital. An appointment was made to attend the hospital within 2 weeks.

The staff were lovely, the problem was just getting though I’m the first place. The email does not work, and the wait in the telephone is typically 20-30 mins.

Thank you for your comments, I am sorry you are unhappy with the service. Please rest assured that the email does work but this should not be used for making appointments and if it is, you will be asked to call the surgery. When you call, some people in front of you may have required more time spent with them than others. We answer all calls as quickly as we are able to.

Doctor came across as unsympathetic and in a rush to finish the phone call. This, coupled with the difficulty in getting appointments, made me feel worse.

I can see that you were seen quite quickly following the submission of your eConsult and that was then followed up by a blood test. I am sorry if you do not feel the service we provide is where it should be.

Was waiting for a call back. The last day an email was sent my prescription sent to the chemist. I asked for the medication the week before but had to fill in an e consult which l finally got a week later.

Thank you for your comments, I am sorry you are unhappy with the service. You had requested a medication that is not one of your regular medications which is why more information was required. Thank you for submitting this via eConsult. I can see that the GP responded to your request within the given time frame - when you submit on a Friday the weekend is taken in to account when you are notified when you should hear by.
