A fantastic service! I got a consultant straight away and an appointment to be seen the same day. I love how the practice has other specialists on board to take the pressure off the GPs. So glad to have found a good doctors surgery.

This went very well. the self regisration failed, but the receptionist booked me in. The phlebotomist collected me at the time of my appointment and then collected the sample without any problem.

Got an appointment same day. Mix up with prescription had to keep calling the surgery as it wasn’t issued. Still no prescription 5 days later.

Done e consul told by doctor would book appointment with consuls this was Monday 27 February then Thursday 9 March got call from surgery to fill in tick box for consult why did it take 10 days to ask for this

Communication has been brilliant so far ,of course only time will tell but seeing as we've had a surgery before that really communicated with us was very difficult to speak with this has so far been a breath of fresh air thank you

The fast response, got an appointment, results were back within 2 days and treatment was booked in just as quick. Staff were lovely too.

Appointment was 30 minutes late no update given until I asked receptionist who said I'll send an email to the nurse to see what the delay was !

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry you are unhappy with the service. I can see from you records that the nurse explained there was a poorly patient in before you which is what caused the delay. Unfortunately, if someone is taken ill during an appointment, there will be a delay to other appointments whilst the team ensure everything is ok. Whilst I appreciate this can be frustrating, when the team are involved with something like this, the reception team may not always be told the situation.

Took several weeks to be able to make an appointment for health check, very limited time slot available. Had to keep ringing surgery to try and book, so nearly gave up trying
