I was pleasantly surprised how nice the staff and nurses are. I was welcomed in the practice in a professional and friendly manner. I was made to feel at ease and am happy I chose this surgery.

When I spoke to the receptionist in the morning she suggested that I attended St Mary’s treatment centre but said that if I contacted her before 11 am she would arrange for me to see somebody. I did contact her and she kindly arranged for me to see a nurse that afternoon. As a result of this I have now had x rays on my foot and have an appointment with a nurse at the Fracture clinic booked. Everything was dealt with very efficiently, many thanks.

I sent eConsult because I was suffering from hip pain and wanted an earlier blood test to make sure that it wasn't related to a pre-existing condition which was being monitored. Dr arranged the blood test promptly and arranged for an x-ray.

The nurse practitioner who saw me was amazing! She was so funny and really made me feel comfortable. Also, the fact that I was given my appointment for the same day. Lastly, the result of my xray was sent to me in a text message, meaning that I didn't have to wait long to know, or contact the surgery myself to find out. I have only just been moved over to Drayton Surgery, and it seems I couldn't have gone to a better practice! Thank you.

Didn't visit carried out a econsultant then spoke to a doctor the next day and half who was pleasent, helpful and conderstanding of the problem at hand. Could you ask your developer to add the econsultant option.

It is my first time time visiting the practice since moving over from another surgery and I was completely blown away by the service I received. Starting from when the receptionist offered to help, to then seeing a nurse and then a doctor. They were all very understanding, professional and made me feel at ease during my time there.

My mother is 86 yrs old and house bound. She has been unwell for the last few day with a suspected urine infection . She has been in a lot of pain and discomfort the service was great on the first day with GP prescribing her antibiotics which I collected from the chemist. Unfortunately she needed to be seen again the next day as the pain was excruciating and causing her a lot of distress. I asked her to be reassessed at home a paramedic was sent and he felt she had a kidney infection that required a different antibiotic and stronger analgesia. He told me to leave it an hour and then go and collect from chemist . I left two hours the chemist did not have the prescription. I therefore enquired at the surgery and was told it would not be ready until the close of day 6.30 pm on a Friday! I am really disappointed at this as my mother is in a lot of distress to make her wait this long is cruel and uncaring!

Polite welcoming nurse who clearly knew what she had to do. She was able to extract blood out of me at the first attempt - Almost unheard of! My doctor came back to me, informing me of one of the principal test results. So good service thank you.
