Would be very good if whe i phoned for help at 10..am receptnist had realised or consulted medical staff about seriouness of my problem. When doctor saw me she immediatly noticed seriousness and sent me to DA immediatly

Thank you for your comments, I am sorry you are unhappy with the service. Our Care Navigators are trained to direct you to the correct person in the surgery in order to ensure you are seen appropriately, they are not clinicians and do not give medical advice. If they have arranged for you to see or speak to a clinician then they have absolutely done the right thing.

An appointment was arranged for me at wooton street surgery by a doctor at drayton road after a telephone consultation. I was seen the same day ,and i was very impressed with my experience. Well done to all.

Disappointed and concerned that a skin condition could be diagnosed from a photo and a face to face appointment was not offered.

Thank you for your comments. Our GP's are more than able to diagnose common skin problems from a photograph that is sent through - especially with the advancement in mobile phone camera's these days. We would need to send a photo off to refer you to secondary care for further investigation so if we have a good enough picture, we are able to cut out a step in the hope that you will be investigated quicker.

The Drayton Surgery is the best Dr surgery i have ever had in my life. I am so glad i changed and feel very fortunate to be a registered patient. I am actually shocked with how good the service is. The appointments are fast to get and thorough during. I am listened to and always spoken to nicely! No one has been, rude, dismissive or patronising. I haven’t had to fight a battle to get treatment or prescriptions for my family. We're treated like human being by people who also behave like empathetic human beings. Sad that this is a shock in this day and age but it's true. The Drayton Surgery has far surpassed any expectations i had. Obviously very well managed and run. We are very, very grateful to all concerned. It really does make a difference in life to not feel very stressed, upset, frustrated, hopeless even, trying to get treatment or even to be able to see a doctor. This is what it has always been like. Feel like a huge wright has been lifted. Thank you!

I am patient who has recently been transferred to Drayton. I had medical concerns that were finally listened to. This resulted in excellent treatment and appropriate referrals

Used e consult form last Thursday, seen on Monday and then called to book me in for a referral on The Tuesday. I could t take the call so was sent a link to book referral appointment myself which was very quick and easy to do. I am a new patient to the surgery so this is a great first impression - thank you
