The telephone call was answered very promptly at A very busy time.. 8.30ish ( no. 7 ). Wonderful. Call back from GP with excellent Information. A very satisfied Patient. Mrs S r Guy for MR Maurice Guy. Many Thanks For your Service .

Blood test taken within 10min of appointment time ,efficient service, I was told the results would take only a few days. I was not contacted when the results were in ,I only found out they were ok when I went on the NHS app saw the results and the comment no further action required, I thinkI should have been contacted and told ,if I didn’t have use of a computer I would still be worried about the results.

Thank you for your comments. Most practices now only make contact with patients if there is a problem with any of their test results so as a general rule of thumb, if everything is fine, we won't make contact. This is the same across most practices due to the amount of blood results the GPs have to process on a daily basis.

Nice clean waiting room with plenty of chairs, free face mask as I had forgot mine, the nurse was polite and professional no pain with the needle. The text message worked perfectly which meant I had no worries the minute my results came back.

How the nurse tried to get an appointment in my holiday time for me. However, this wasn't possible and im now awaiting a telephone appointment on the 6th being a teacher not having a specific time for that appointment is extremely unhelpful as im not able to just take a call when the doctor decides to phone.

We were sent to a different surgery to enable my daughter to be seen. Student nurse staff were polite as was the doctor we saw after. It wasn’t clear where the surgery was and we ended up at one next door for half hour which was a pain as sent to sit down. Or prescription was then sent to the wrong pharmacy so in all I ended up carrying my poorly daughter around: back and forth for over two hours which could have been avoided.

I was booked in for my 6-monthly injection and was told on arrival it could not be given as my blood test the previous week did not include the right test. The nurse was unable to take a new blood test and neither was the nurse she called for and I had to come back the next day for another nurse to successfully take a blood test. The following week I finally had my 6-monthly injection.

Was kept waiting for about 20 mins after appointment time despite there being no patient with the nurse. Once I was called in everything was good.

I attended a planned appointment to undergo a routine "minor" procedure. The care and attention that I was very fortunate to benefit from was exceptional. The doctor’s consultation and surgical skills are an absolute credit to the Drayton Surgery and deserving of the highest praise that can be bestowed. I am extremely grateful for the minor surgery that was carried out in such an exemplary way, and assistant supported provided. Thank you to all at the Surgery who were instrumental in my telephone consultations, arranging the uploading of images that resulted in the prognosis that minor surgery was required, and the surgical procedure that was conducted with such professionalism. The care and support that I was privileged to receive throughout stands as testament to the efficiency of Drayton Surgery. Thank you and well done!

I was happy Overall and the clinician listened to what I had to say. The two critisms I have are: 1. Sometimes the explanations felt a little condescending probably because I understood the subject matter. 2. When telephone appointments are recorded on the system it informs you and then states the appointment is at the surgery. Checking the NHS App or the new Airmid App does not show the appointment as a telephone appointment. My final issue is more serious in that I was given a prescription following a recent rutine blood test,I was not contacted about the prescription and yet my patient record incorrectly stated I had been informed.
