I expected to wait some time as was number ten but within five minutes I was on line talking to a receptionist. When I had a valid reason for an appointment I was given a call from a charming doctor. Then given an appointment for a face-to-face consultation. Outcome good so very relieved at the outcome.

Good advice and referral. However no prescription received as promised. Advised me to make contact in 4 weeks if no improvement but can’t send e-consult as not accepting online requests. Very annoying for those of us who work - should be able to simply submit an e-consult at any time

I turned up in plenty of time for my appointment and checked in. Had to go and ask why it was taking so long - I was due to go in for my blood test at 11:30 a.m. They said they were busy - ended up going in at 12:00 p.m.

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry there was a delay to your appointment. It may be that the clinician was helping a colleague with another patient who may have been more complex than thought, or we may have had an emergency that was being dealt with. Please bear in mind that with clinical rooms on more than one level, there may have been something happening elsewhere in the building.

Fortunately I do not have to see a doctor often but when I have I am impressed with care and helpfulness of the nurse practitioner and Doctors.

The nurse was pleasant and helpful with my questions. It would be good however to have more details about my results. E.g. blood details and cholesterol count.

Gp team have been extremely helpful and supportive including arranging an adoption medical - which helped us adopt our son. Very good nursing staff for vaccinations. Very responsive to econsults Thankyou

I had a telephone conversation with a doctor from Drayton Surgery and she was so understanding, unhurried and patient with me. She listened and asked questions then decided that I needed to see a doctor in person. She made the appointment for me then and there. A few days later I saw a doctor, had blood tests and they found my problem!

On time, very efficient and professional. Not exactly friendly but OK. Overall - a good experience. The actual Surgery is ‘tired’ and needs a bit of a tidy up.
