I submitted an eConsult regarding painkillers following a Spinal Decompression procedure. I then had a conversation with the doctor, resulting in a prescription for painkillers which have proved very effective.

I didn’t actually ring up to see a doctor. I rang up for advice, but actually got to see a doctor. within an hour of phoning up and the doctor was lovely she reassured me about my problem, gave me some anti-inflammatory cream which has worked wonders so was very happy with the service.

Always absolutely brilliant, from reception staff right through to Health Care , Nurses and Doctors my care is always exemplary and I cannot thank everyone enough.

Telephone booking was simple and painless as was the actual test itself. Appointment was running late by about 15 minutes but the nurse was apologetic.

As a long term patient at the practice I was disappointed to arrive at 0800 only to be notified that my blood test was booked for the other surgery. I feel that as you have my phone, email and text details it would have been easy to let me know of the change in advance. Despite my disappointment on this occasion I am still a big fan of the practice and have always received excellent support.

It would be good if a smaller window for phone appointments could be given. I was told to be available between 8am and 6pm. That's so easy depending on your job.

Very friendly and helpful nurse, requested a GP check me too as she was concerned about my symptoms, grateful that she did as I am now on steroids and antibiotics. Thank you

I tried to order some repeat medication but could not proceed online and was advised I needed to book to see a clinician. I arranged an appointment for 16th Feb. This was subsequently cancelled. I received a text on 17th Feb asking a question about the medication to which I replied and then received the same text with a link on the 20th. I’m assuming the medication is now with the pharmacy 6 days after I’d hoped to pick it up!

Phone lines had been shut off leaving econsult and even tho I asked for a call back all I kept getting was messages. I had to do 5 econsult’s to get anywhere. I’m the type of person who doesn’t bother with the doctors or hospital unless my head is hanging off. So for me not to be able to speak to a doctor when I really need to don’t bode well.

The promptness of the appointment ie I phoned at 8am and had an appointment for 8.30am same day. The practice nurse was very thorough, competent and caring.
