I needed an appointment with a nurse because of a lump I found in my breast. I got an appointment quickly and was referred to QA where i was seen within a week. And all was well. And i was pleased because it was all resolved so quickly.

Blood results!! After taking bloods was told a text would be sent with results. And results were text back - brilliant service. Thankyou.

Did an econsult and the whole process was easy to do. A doctor did get in touch with me by text to say would be prescribing some antibiotics- issue was the antibiotics prescribed do not work on me and it was difficult for me to get back in contact with surgery to discuss further!

I popped into the surgery to arrange a phone call appointment with my Doc, gave my symptoms and details and left. Was contacted an hour later and asked to attend an appointment at Wooton street. Saw 2 trainee docs and then a practice doc. Could not be happier with the treatment and time given. Much appreciated and good luck to the Trainee's. Thank you

The surgery was clean. The staff at reception were very welcoming. The nurse was clear, kind and understanding. Supporting me to feel less apprehensive.

After my appointment at Drayton Surgery and the Blood Test results were known I needed an urgent visit to QA. All arranged by my Doctor. Treatment commenced same day. I am so thankful.

I phoned re pain I'd been having. Receptionist stated this sounded like the same issue she'd been having too and all but diagnosed me over the phone. Said I'd receive a call back from dr. But I got a text msg instead for physio (for issue that the receptionist had diagnosed me with). No actual conversation with the doctor at all.

Thank you for your comments, I am sorry you are unhappy with the service. I can assure that none of our non-clinical staff diagnose patients themselves, they are, however specially trained in signposting patients to the most appropriate service for their requirements. As you have submitted this review anonymously, I am unable to look further in to what happened.
