Efficient, easy using my local surgery. Friendly staff who put me at ease during my surgery. Professional, calm and relaxed which made me feel the same as a patient. Good advice and ensured I was clear about what I needed to do moving forward. Outstanding service. Thank you!

Contacted them a few times now and first time totally ignored.second time was called whilst working with no notification of the call to prepare. They said they would call me back and didn’t.choose natural medicine instead because of the lack of help. Always on e consolt or on the phone.never see a doctor in person. Disgusting really considering they are supposed to be helping you. They don’t really know what they are talking about and have miss diagnosed me many times. Your supposed to be a doctors so start acting like one and see your patients face to face and stop using excuses.

Thank you for your comments, I am sorry you are unhappy with the service we provide. As you have submitted this review anonymously, I am unable to look in to things any further. However, I can assure that our team DO know what they are talking about and will always take different things in to account when trying to diagnose so as to rule out other ailments. Modern General Practice is no longer about only seeing a GP and we have a wide and varied multi-disciplinary team at the surgery, some of whom may be more specialised in the area that you require. You will find this at any surgery that you may be registered with. Comments such as 'start acting like a doctor and stop using excuses' are not acceptable and fall in line with our zero tolerance policy for abuse to surgery staff.

The nurse practitioner I saw was amazing. Really took time out to read my notes/understand my background, what I have on my plate at the moment and act accordingly.

The nurse I saw was very abrupt - not giving me time to explain things that were relavant and I felt completely rushed. I did get what I needed (tests) but I felt I had to really convince her to do this for me. Very little compassion! It’s a shame as I have always had a very friendly experience prior to this one.

Fast to get an appointment but was not informed that it was at Wooton centre Cosham so went to Drayton for the appointment.

I was agreeably surprised to be booked in to see a nurse not more than 30 minutes after my phoning for an appointment. My hand was swollen and reddened following a playful cat which had caught my hand with her claw. The nurse arranged for me to have an antibiotic prescription, which was emailed to Davies Chemists in Havant. But unfortunately it was unobtainable there but eventually obtained in the Boots' branch in Solent road Havant. The problem cleared up within a week. I was most impressed by the efficiency with which I was dealt with at Drayton.

I like the fact I was referred very quickly for mental health support. It’s not actually what I wanted and I declined but I recognise that the service was there promptly. I was disappointed not to be offered a face to face appointment to discuss my problem with the gp.

I completed an e consultation and asking for a referral to the ENT and help with my weight, received a notification that the doctor would be on contact and i am still waiting, i am having on going problems with my Mental health and need further assistances as the medication i am on is not treating the Episodes i am having regular. From Extreme anger frustration to feeling so low and sad. My partner is pushing for me to return to my GP as my condition is Deteriorating, and its affecting our relationship

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry you are unhappy with the service. Having looked at your notes, I can see that the eConsult was submitted on Jan 30th and the next day, Feb 1st, Dr Drake sent you a message with a link to reply, asking you to let him know what time you would be able to talk as he would have tried to call you but had no answer. There has been no reply to this message indicating when you would be free to discuss things further with the GP.
