My partner was suffering badly with suspected Glaucoma and she was fobbed off 3 times. Rang 111 and they said they would call the practice and get a doctor to call her. When nothing happened she rang Grange and was fobbed off yet again by the rude receptionist.

Dear patient Thank you for your feedback. Altough I understand your frustration, I am dissappointed to see the title "useless". I am sorry you felt fobbed off by the Practice, but I hope the team were able to refer you to Opticians, who are specialists in dealing with a range of new eye problems and can use specialist technology to diagnose eye issues, typically within 48 hours. There is absolutely no excuse for receptionists to be percieved as rude, so I would ask you to contact the surgery and provide more information about this incident. I will be happy to investigate this as a formal complaint, suggest learning outcomes for our team and provide you with a full response. Kind regards DS

Staff were very polite but I have been left wondering if the medication that I enquired about is going to be prescribed as I had a blood test first which showed some things up so repeat bloods and some medication but what I went for originally I am left in the dark about

Patches responses have been great with follow up messages and appointments set - alongside Airmid to order my repeat medication very quick and efficient ready to collect at pharmacy

I came for a blood test, I didn't have to wait for my appointment time, the nurse got me in as soon as I checked in, which was really good.

I am very disappointed with this surgery. On numerous occasions i have been treated very poorly. Doctors are not giving you more than 5 min of their time and then quickly suggesting that you need to leave, repeat prescriptions are taking ages to be send to pharmacy, medication prescribed for my infant on the leaflet was showing that is not suitable for kids under 12 years old. Doctors are barely even looking at my child to check symptoms quick to write a prescription guessing what the illness could be. Few times after picking a prescription from pharmacy i had a pharmacist questioning why the GP prescribed me this medicine for my infant.

The receptionist answered the phone within one minute and listened and responded to my issues with compassion, making an appropriate appointment with a health care professional. This Practice has improved its service significantly over the past few years.
