    After trying to call GP for appointment for a chest infection for a week and being unable to get through on the phone I had yo register for paces which was a rediculous experience taking me half hour to register and get through the many rediculous questions , was informed some one would Probably contact me within 24 hrs. After waking up the next morning with chest pains and calling 111 I was advised to go to a and e straight away. A and e outcome was I had a bad chest infection and pulled muscles in chest from prolonged coughing and was prescribed antibiotics. Half a day after arriving home from a and e received a text from doctors saying they thought a face yo face appointment was needed and to log back in to pace to arrange. Rediculous waste of time and disgusting that could not manage to get a prescription for antibiotics from doctors had to go to a and e

    Dear patient I'm sorry to receive your 1-star rating and feedback from your recent experience of the Practice. It's unusual you feel you couldnt get through to speak to us on the phone - we have been working very hard on answering calls quicker, and have received a lot of positive feedback for the same. Unfortunately chest pains can indicate a very serious problem, and A&E might be the best place to go and recieve urgent care. I'm sorry that you have been disappointed with your recent experience. I would be more than happy to investigate this incident fully and try to understand how we might have delivered a better experience for you.     I have been very impressed by the improved telephone response time. The staff I have spoken to have delt with my requests in a very business like way. Especially the pharmacy team. The main concern I have is regarding continuity of care. I have recently been discharged from oncology at HRI, something I was not aware of until one of the breast nurses found out for me. Nobody from the practice has contacted me to ask how I am doing? I have been reliant on the district nurses and others to refer me to the palliative care team. A quick phonecall, text or email would have been valued, since leaving hospital. I feel I have been left in limbo.

    I am more than happy with the surgery. Iv never had any issues getting an appt. There is one member of staff I wouldn't see again due to my son not having a referral he should of had a long time ago but other than that iv never had any issues. Staff and helpful and friendly.

    I've had numerous o going issues over the past few years and everyone at the Grange Group practice has been very helpful. I've never had any issues getting in touch or getting an appointment via a phone call or if needed face to face. All my requests for tests and letters have been met with Issues.

    Reception staff are generally pleasant. Telephone queue times are much improved since last year. I had a problem with receiving my medication. I ordered via online services, after 10 days I'd not had message from pharmacy, so contacted them, they'd not received it, I rang surgery, to be told it had not been dealt with! The reception dealt with the matter, I checked online and it had now been sent to the pharmacy, although I am now still waiting for message from them. I initiated this request for medication on 7th July, it's now 18th of July and I've still not got my medication, fortunately I still have some left.

    Very impressive waiting time, I was at worst 4th in the queue at peak times Spoke to several reception staff during the course of my enquiries and all were extremely helpful and if they weren’t sure they’d go and enquire further I haven’t actually been to the practice yet in person but so far the service has been excellent

    Friendly and helpful staff and they respond to queries quickly via online system. One issues is contacting patients with test results, I’ve had a few blood tests and body density scan but no one has contacted me with results, each time I’ve had to chase up results. Also issues with collecting prescriptions. There has been a few occasions when my order has not been ready and pharmacy doesn’t have record of it even though I have sent to GP within the requested timeframe

    Receptionists are not doctors! When I ring up because a doctor told me I needed the appointment within so many days, because I’m having tests for certain conditions, the receptionist tried to tell me a day late wouldn’t matter because they had no appointments, when in fact it does matter for the form of testing I’m needing, I was told it could be no more than three days in to it. Didn’t even tell me she was putting me on hold when I told her the doctor insisted I needed in a that time frame and not after, she just let the line go quiet, went and asked a doctor and they must of told her I was correct, when she finally came back she was short and snappy. It’s not the first time I have had problems with receptionist, I struggle visiting doctors at the best of times without having to reveal private matters with a receptionist to determine wether or not I’m the right fit to see a doctor, if I’m ringing for an appointment then I probably do need to see a doctor, I don’t just go to the doctors for stubbing my toe, or because I have a little problem, the problem I’m currently having I’ve sat with for years, but I’ve finally got to a point where I can’t take it anymore. My trust in doctors left when I was 21 and they refused to listen to me when I was having server pain that crippled, so I do my best to avoid going and deal with stuff myself without medical intervention but this time I need help from a professional. This is the first time since 2019 I have been to see a doctor.

    Excellent service, quick response and appointment made without delay. Very short telephone wait to speak to receptionist who was extremely pleasent and gave me options for the appointment.i would recommend this practice.
