Did a full check on my little boy & didn't rush ,before prescribing Antibiotics & throat spray .told me where was open to get the prescription & printed it out for me

Across the board several employees, particularly receptionists, doctors are difficult to understand. Either they are too fast, have a heavy accent ot both. A medical establishment surely must know that people process information at different speeds and people with hearing difficulties more so. Please practise slowing down with clearer enunciation Irrespective of accent. All patients will benefit not just those like me.

Sometimes a long wait for an appt to see a doctor but for recent health issues they have been quick to respond to urgent matters and very thorough in eliminating things.

Put my repeat precription in 26 of june it is now 4 july still not got my medication what happened to the 48 hours between putting precription in to getting medication

I would encourage you to call and speak to a member of our team so this can be investigated properly. I would expect prescriptions to be sent to the Pharmacy within 48 hours of request. Visited the surgery to see gp. The doctor took time so I felt special. Was pleased with the outcome and treatment given. Returned the following week for test with the nurse. Again a positive visit. She was friendly and professional

I made an appointment for my son & on the day it was cancelled by surgery & text sent t me askin to ring surgery to rearrange. Rang surgery & was told to do the whole patches again. Nothing ever is straight forward anymore always longway round.

Generally excellent practice, my last appointment wasn’t so much. I’m currently off work due to bullying/harassment, my mental health is very low due to this to be asked by a gp to arrange a meeting with the very people doing this to me right now hasn’t helped. I am in no way ready to go back to work yet and worrying about not being able to have a sick note to help me financially hasn’t helped me.
