    I recently moved and this is my first experience of this practice. The staff are welcoming and caring. Their systems are very efficient and rapid. The ability to book appointments and communicate digitally is superb. They all know what they are doing which gives me great confidence in them.

    Over the past three years the service and standard of service has been outstanding. My husband and I have received prompt and professional care with face to face appointments when necessary and referrals to hospital has been completed quickly. The use of online appointments plus having the ability to read your notes and letters is reassuring.

    The Reception staff kept me informed of when it was my turn and checked I was wearing a face mask. The appointment was booked at short notice and I was amazed to get seen so quickly. The GP was thorough and immediately understood the issue and got to the point promptly making me further referrals to a series of hospital appointments that I will need. All in all very satisfied with the service I received.

    I've had no problem with contacting or receiving help when needed. The people I've had contact with have been polite and clear and understanding,i have no complaints with recommendations given as to medicines and how to deal with my condition.

    The staff was poilte and always made sure I was ok when being examined it's a great practice I would definitely recommend the practice to friends and family

    Contacted by the practice to arrange a blood re PSA issues. No problems in arranging a date or in taking the test but have had no communication regarding the result. No news is good news?

We would not normally call patients to advise on normal results, but results are typically received and filed by our team within 7 days of the test.     I needed a prescription but because of my profession I felt I didn’t need to be seen so I did an econsult and wrote my request. 2 days later I got my prescription. No contact suited me.

    I attended a blood test and booked in at the reception as your booking in wasn’t working my appointment was at 11.30 when it got to 11.45 and still didn’t get called to go in for my bloods doing as we sitting waiting our neighbour arrived for a blood test and went in before like everyone else did even the nurse messaged the receptionist as I approached the desk to ask if I had left i eventually got in and I struggled walking as my legs where very painful as your seating is very low and very uncomfortable then to find out that I had been booked out by receptionist and that’s why I wasn’t called for my bloods the second time come in it went okay

    Repeat prescriptions not available due to doctors not issuing them, only found when going to collect from Pharmacist. Contacted doctors to be told a pharmacist would call before 6.30pm on Tuesday 21st February 2023…….still waiting on 28th February 2023. I have informed the doctors to be told it’s not there responsibility to inform me of any prescriptions not issued but it’s up to me to resolve…….how? Also the advisor at the doctors informed me “we’ve 16000 patients and can’t deal with all of them” also stating “not her fault” I never said it was. Seems very unprofessional and feels like I’m left to sort out the issues on my own. I take 9 different drugs and had a heart attack 27th April 2021. The support has been dismal.

    Dear patient Sorry to hear about your recent experience. This is certainly below the standard we expect to provide our patients. Unfortunately we have had a recent backlog of pharmacy workload, and we are working hard to resolve that. I'm sorry it has affected your access to prescription and you are absolutely right to raise this with us. I have worked with the lead pharmacists in the practice to make amends to our processes and I hope this will prevent this type of issue recurring. I'm sorry that the receptionist you spoke to made irrelevant comments when you reported the problem - we should simply do our best to help. I hope you will have a better experience in future and that you feel able to leave more positive reviews in future. Please let us know how we're doing and if you notice a change. Kind regards DS

    I had surgery and needed to have my wound checked and rebandaged. Called the surgery in the morning and was given an appointment for later on that morning. I was seen been a very nice nurse. My wound checked and rebandaged. Great surgery
