    I feel like I wasn't really listened to at all. Despite telling them that this has been going on for years and that my child doesn't seem to get tired like us and I also noted that my child was on the waiting list for an autism assessment, the doctor prescribed a medicine that can be used for short term insomnia. The doctor didn’t tell me what medicine it was or the dangerous side effects. The medication turns out to be short supply and couldn’t get it at all after visiting 4 pharmacies and I just feel like the reason behind why my child doesn’t feel tired at normal times and is doing all nighters should have been looked at more.

  2. Review titled What would we do without nurses!

    Moving to London I was concerned I wouldn’t get the same personal care that I got in my small town. The nurses at the Lawson Practice have proved just how wrong I was, they have been so welcoming, kind and thoughtful. They are a true credit to the practice and what we all love about the NHS. Thanks for always taking such good care of me!

    We'll i phone my Doctors up and i was happy with the quick response to see me and gave me a good check up i still have my symptoms but i feel reassured that it will come right and if not just go back which is what you need to here

    I have had ongoing issues for around 2 or 3 years now. Its sad to say the GP surgery I have attended since i was a baby has pushed me so far as to change practices. I feel if I stay with the Lawson practice and something is seriously wrong with me they would never diagnose it. I have called and attempted to get an appointment more than 10 times with no luck. I put this down to covid 19 and the pressures that have come with it. I finally received and attended appointment and I was shocked how terrible it was. I have had a terrible headache 3 times a day everyday for the last two weeks. I spoke to the GP and they advised me to drink water and get better sleep. The GP said I should google how to get better sleep! I am incredibly worried about this headaches and I feel I have no choice but to go into A&E if I am to get treated seriously. This is not the first time ive had lax practitioners. It got so bad I wrote a letter to the practice requesting a particular GP to be my doctor that was the only time I felt heard. At this point this GP has left the practice and I have no faith in care I will be receiving.

    I went for an appointment and waited 30 min without being informed that the doctor is running late, when I saw the specialist they rushed me as soon as possible and told me they can’t answer all my questions as they were running out of time

    The service was impeccable, didn't feel any pain and felt reassured. I was given free band aids and tips on how to heal the scar.

    I had a lymphoma removed from the middle of my back in hospital about 40 years ago. About 30 years ago it grew into a harmless and bloody lump. No one was worried about it until recently it increased in size so that if it snagged on something it could burst. I was referred to the Lawson Clinic for minor surgery. As soon as I entered the care treatment room, a friendly GP introduced herself and we discussed how she intended to proceed and how the surgery would be completed. I felt happy to consent and for surgery to commence. After a painless local anaesthetic in my back, surgery started. I had no pain and we chatted. I was kept informed by what was happening. Stitches were inserted without pain. I was informed about wound care and dressing and left happy and pleased with the care I had received.

    The staff at the Lawson Practice were excellent. Appointment was late but that was because there was a difficult case beforehand. Staff were great keeping me informed and physician was brilliant when I saw her. They got me in on the same day and were brilliant in following up to ensure I got the antibiotics I needed that day.
