Spoke to doctor and had a blood test the same day, all the staff including receptionists were extremely professional, kind and attentive. I’m very impressed and grateful.

Thankyou Dr, you saw me yesterday and was like a mirror reflecting back to me some health changes that I needed to make. I hope by reducing my drinking I will also loose some weight which will in turn help my hoslic health. Neil hubbard

I saw a GP here on 24/1/24 and I was very happy with the prompt response to my request for an appointment for a worrying condition of sudden onset. I saw the Doctor the same day, who was very understanding and thorough and explained everything in simple terms and I was very reassured by this. I have been a patient at this practice for over 30 years and I have always been treated with respect and professionalism. I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

I recently had a telephone review with a doctor about my son, and could not have asked for a better service. After phoning the practice to request a consultation, I had a call back within a couple of hours. The GP was incredibly knowledgeable and really helped me make an informed decision about my son’s healthcare. Thank you.

Few little symptoms that started to linger and become bothersome over a period of time. Simply completed an online consultation. From that came a phone call discussion and a very prompt invite to the surgery for further discussion and examination. Within a few days I had already booked in for my X-ray and endoscopy. This was outstanding service from the surgery and the referral systems worked incredibly efficiently. I can not fathom why online consultations create so much negativity after my experience. I hope the surgery are able to maintain this certainly whilst it seems they are struggling with staff and incoming queries currently as they are an excellent surgery.

The service at the GP takes over an hour to speak to the receptionist. I'm questioning the capacity of a practice that cannot process a call in an hour. Once I got through the receptionist was polite and competent, but perhaps more options through the website could be explored.

We apologise for your bad experience. We now release all appointments online. Our receptionists have no more access to appointments available on the telephone than on line. If you can do, please sign up to our online services which in turn eases the pressure on the telephone. Thank you for your help in easing the pressure

Looked through NHS To do everything I could about my injury, then tried Econsult system as it wasn’t getting better after 2 weeks - they suggested I make an urgent appointment. Phoned reception and abandoned the first call after 1hr 10 minutes when it was just continually ringing. Phoned again and got an answer after 14 mins. Was told a doctor would phone me back today. I got a text saying the doctor will phone me back in a week. What on earth is going on with this place?

Apologise for the problems you have had. We have now stopped using the e-consult service. You can also now go to the pharmacy for any minor ailments or contact 111 for advice. We now release all appointments on line. You can sign up for our online services through our website.
