    I was on a telephone appointment when I was asked whether I could come in straight away, which I did. The person I saw was very helpful, to the extent of calling me during the following evening, sorted out a prescription for one of my issues and arranged a referral for the other.

    A 30 minute appointment to discuss an embarrassing condition was handled very sensitively, minimising awkwardness but by no means coldly. The doctor didn't pretend to have all the answers (which is such a change from the old days) but offered well informed and appropriate thoughts, and a way forward.

    9 am appointment with the Physiotherapist at the Highfield Surgery. This turned out to be a complete and utter waste of time. The Physiotherapist just never turned up for work. No apology, no attempt to re-book. After waiting 20 minutes, enquired at the Reception Desk, only to be told they had no idea where the Physiotherapist was. Absolutely shambolic. Not fit for purpose.

    Very informative appointment on time and staff very helpful would give 11 out of 10 if possible the nurse was great in explaining everything

    I couldn’t get an emergency appointment so filled in the online questions. The receptionist called back and offered a face to face appt with nurse later that morning. However I got a call unexpectedly from a doc who questioned my condition and prescribed suitable medication for it. I was very grateful to have this consultation as was not feeling at all well. Great practice

    Firstly booked an appt online. When I called to confirm time, was told no appt been made. Receptionist asked why I needed appt, she informed me I could get over the counter meds. Managed to get telephone appt a week later after filling in consult for on line. Dr called me and really didn't know why he had called me thought it was for a different reason. Felt as though I was being an inconvenience. For having 3 practices available to patients service appears to be getting worse.

    Appointment wait time far longer than before NHS to surgeries to merge. It is difficult to understand how service has broken so far and so fast. I wish gps working conditions were better
