    I had a 24 hr BP done at end of October. I have rang hospital where it was done plus gp with no results so far! Hospital said I would receive a letter. GP rang me but doesn’t know anything yet.

    The GP i saw was very thorough & lovely ,she had time & listened . Also the Antibiotics she prescribed she warned me to stop my Statins whilst on then ,now i've had the same Antibiotics from a previous who never warned me at all ,so i continued to take them ,even the Pharmacist told me to stop them as it can be extremely fatal !

    Was able to see gp face to face and discuss treatment without being rushed and within a reasonable waiting time and gp able to make further appointments with me without having to see a different doctor which made me feel more confident about my health

    Expecting a telephone call. None received because wrong number used. Explained often that my mobile would be used at all times because my mobile is linked to my hearing aids

    For several medical reasons, I required very gentle care for my routine smear test. I was very anxious and received thoughtful, sympathetic and patient nursing care for a pain free experience. Thank you.

    Overall the time I was in the practice was quick and efficient, surprisingly running on time, although I would expect that from a nurse appointment. The only downside is the lack of available parking outside the clinic, there is a lot of parking, but it is always full.

    E consult of my query re prescription was dealt with quickly. A little bit of confusion as was offered an appointment and a telephone consultation but that was easily sorted by telephone call to reception

    Visited yesterday had to wait quite awhile as the doctor was running 30 mins late but she was a very nice doctor, yes liked her very much. Didn’t mind the wait could be me next time who needs more time.

    The doctor who looked after me was professional, kind and understanding - she has always been considerate and a very good listener, with good advice. The receptionists, although always busy, at both practices, they always are kind and friendly to the patients.
