    The doctor I saw yesterday was patient, empathetic, and professional. She gave me the impression that she was not in a hurry and made the appointment successful for me.

    The doctor I saw was quick, efficient, friendly and polite. The waiting room was empty and tidy. The turn around on my e-consult was incredibly fast I was very impressed, booking was easy and calling to rebook was unproblematic again staff were polite and friendly.

    I received a phone call to be offered an appointment 15 minutes after my online request. I was seen same day which is amazing. Also trying to get someone on the phone doesn't take more than 5 minutes

    I'm thankful for the help I have received.the Dr was easy to talk too and understand my problem she was very helpful and listened to me ,her kindness reassured me and helped me to overcome my embarrassment at the sensitiveness of my condition.

    .y recent experience was very good. It was a nice, relaxed encounter and I felt understood and respected. A problem I've had for a long time was diagnosed an clear guidelines given as to self manage.ent.

    Arrived early and was seen immediately . Very efficient and totally painless blood test taken by the nurse, who also told me about the new appointments only service for blood tests at the St Albans hospital. I had thought it was still a walk in service there, so this was very usefull.

    I felt the doctor really cared and arranged all tests to ensure everything was covered. I had been taken ill on holiday and came just to ensure that the infection was cleared.

    I received very sympathetic and kind care. I was made sure to feel relaxed and comfort was provided instantly when needed. All appropriate information was given and any questions or concerns were addressed. Both doctor and nurse were excellent. would highly recommend this surgery.
