The GP after my call to order prescription said that first I need to have new blood test and comsultation with doctor. Also said, these must be done through the website. And sent me link to this website via text. I have repeatedly needed answer the same questionnaire after which they stated on website that they do not have free slot. Again and again the same scenario. I am staying without my medication and no chance to book any appointment trough the website.

Since receiving your comment, my management team reached out to you and I understand you have spoken with Renata, our Reception Manager. Renata explained that, to ensure clinical safety, we sometimes have to conduct a review before issuing certain medication. We appreciate the eConsult platform can appear lengthy but this allows us to gather all the relevant information without having to follow-up with further questions. I had a bad infection in my sinuses and the doctor was prescribed the antibiotics for me quickly without waiting too much! Thank you very much

When I went in last month, I was greeted with a smile by the Practice Manager. Everything I needed was ready for me. I did not have to wait long. One member of staff is very friendly and always willing to help by demonstrating that she wants to exceed your expectations.

When I called, the receptionist/staff was welcoming and willing to help. They give the impression to care about you and the reason why you are calling. Something to improve: if you request to talk to a doctor and they arrange the phone appointment for you, this might not happen.
