    I cannot praise each nurse, GP and receptionist enough at the wall house. Each time I need to be seen I have been given an appointment, and also each professional I have dealt with has been caring and kind and taken time to listen to me,which I need at the moment with all I am going through, just couldn't ask to be with a better surgery than this one, I am so grateful to be a patient at the wall house , and I cannot give praise enough, thankyou all .

    I had a very smooth booking experience as I was able to use to on line portal rather than sit on the phone. When I arrived, the receptionist was lovely and updated all my families records as we had recently moved house. By the time I got upstairs to my appointment, it was already in the system. The nurse I dealt with was considerate and friendly and put me completely at ease. She was also very efficient and knowledgeable. Couldn’t fault my experience at all

    Dear Lucy, Thank you for your feedback on your experience. We have been working hard to ensure our appointment systems work well for patients. Similarly, our patient services team have been improving our processes at reception to ensure they are as proactive as possible - making every contact count and avoiding duplication for patients where possible.     Hard working and dedicated. Despite the challenging demands on the nhs in general and this practice, I have always found the team kind and helpful. We also need to remind ourselves sometimes that we are blessed to even have somewhere to go when we’re ill.

    I was highly impressed with my two consultations with the physicians associate and practice nurse. I found them to be very polite,caring and professional. The reception staff were also most helpful and polite.

    I couldn't fault our appointment today with the practice, swift easy check in , seen at exact appointment time and the doctor we saw was great, very pleasant manner, made us at ease immediately, and very clear and informative.

    Within 24 hours spoke to a doctor who arrange a prescription for me. Worry for someone older who may struggle with technology, as when I called rather than take my details was told to email them in. Separately when in the surgery for a blood test on Saturday a working mum was told to come back during the week for a copy of a letter as the receptionist had only been there for 3 months and wasn’t on the system to print it off.

    Dear Nick, Thank you for this feedback - I am pleased you were able to use our system to obtain your prescription efficiently. We are aware that for some patients we will always require access to prescription requests in more traditional ways and will continue to work with this. However, the level of digital literacy we see in our older patients is pretty good and alongside our patient participation group and other partners we are developing interventions to improve this. Importantly, prescription requests must be taken in writing to avoid error and this is a whole NHS policy. With regards to the interaction you observed between another patient and patient services it is difficult to comment without a clear understanding of the situation. All our administrative and patient services teams have extensive training once they join us. As you can imagine the learning curve is substantial and we have had a significant expansion of our team in the last six months. I will raise this with our patient service team leads to ensure they have the opportunity to remind all new staff of when and how to seek help or clarification if they need it.
