Great experience the nurse put me at ease and was really clear in her explanations. She demonstrated to me that although I feel my asthma is ok, I need to take my brown inhaler because of my lung swelling.

I rang the surgery on Friday @ 1730. Explained my problem to a very efficient practitioner and sent a photo as it was a skin issue. Within the hour I had a phone call back and an appointment Saturday @1530. The doctor I saw was pleasant & thoroughly explaining exactly what she thought the issue was. A prescription was issue and a follow up appointment booked. It was a first class service. Thank you

The Wall House surgery is just one of the best. Friendly competent staff and patient care is first class. All of the doctors are so professional, approachable and caring and leave me feeling very supported every time I have had a consultation.

Nothing but a sense of wanting to help. Had a appointment with a respiratory nurse and she was friendly and professional in her approach to understand, diagnose and cure my condition.

During an asthma medication review today a GP was called by the nurse to give an opinion on my child’s cough. The GP was patient, took their time to ask lots of questions and explained everything clearly. We felt very well looked after.

I attended a routine appointment at hospital where an extremely high blood pressure reading was obtained by nursing staff. My consultant advised me to contact my GP at the Wall House Surgery without delay. I telephoned the surgery and was triaged and was given an urgent appointment with my GP the next morning. I have seen him 3 times this week for urgent interventions and a probable urgent referral to a Specialist Consultant. I could not hope for better care.

I have been registered with this practice for 6 months. The triage experts, the GPS and the receptionist are knowledgeable, caring, calm and put patient care first. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this practice

Having previously had a poor experience a couple years back with this surgery I’m pleased to say they have really turned the boat around, and been providing quick and efficient organisation and care. It can’t have been an easy task under such enormous workload and stress in the current climate, I am very impressed with the change and hope all the staff can find pride in their work with this and everything else.
