I had my first smear test this week and my nurse was fantastic. She completely put me and ease and explained everything to me. Thank you for ensuring I had a good experience during something that is often stigmatised

A short wait time on the phone followed by a phone consult with a member of staff who I felt listened well. I was then informed of the next step, and this was followed through efficiently with a further phonecall later the same day. Thankyou.

We attended for an asthma review today. The nurse was friendly and very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. We left knowing exactly what we have to do and have a follow up appointment booked already. I was worried before we went but felt completely reassured after our appointment.

Made an appointment at Wall House Surgery and had an appointment in two days. I had to rearrange it and was given one two weeks later. Arrived at the surgery and saw the nurse 10 minutes after my appointment time and she explained everything clearly and was very reassuring regarding what was happening, what will be happening and what I should do if I have any further issues. Much appreciated, Wall House Surgery are spot on again. Many thanks.

Attending the surgery for several tests relating to lung function. The staff were always friendly and professional, and happy to take the time to answer questions and address any concerns.

I attended the clinic as recommended by the Nurse and it was a positive experience. I was given lots of information about the process and received encouraging words to complete all stages. I was grateful for the considerate approach from the Nurse.

The practice has an easy way to ‘check in’ and easy to follow instructions. The doctor who saw my son was fantastic. Very friendly and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Could not ask for more and a credit to the NHS

Lovely doctor saw our very unwell toddler and reassured us he was OK & fighting a nasty virus. Very supportive and so impressed with how quickly we were offered a same day appointment

My appointment was 45 minutes late today, due to unexpected circumstances with patients before, but the Doctor I saw was still very patient and helpful
