I recently had the opportunity to experience the outstanding service provided by The Willows Medical Practise to me. The team has exceeded my expectations in terms of their responsiveness and efficiency. One of the key aspects that stood out to me was the quick response I received when contacting the GP surgery over the phone. Whether I was scheduling an appointment, asking for medical advice, or seeking clarification on a health concern, the staff at The Willows Medical Practice were extremely prompt and attentive. There were no long hold times or frustrating queues – my calls were answered swiftly, and I never felt rushed during our conversations. Moreover, the absence of queues, both in person and over the phone, was truly remarkable. It's often a challenge to find a GP surgery where waiting times are kept to a minimum, but I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient system. Not only did this save me valuable time, but it also demonstrated their commitment to prioritizing their patients' needs.

All the doctors are extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t make me feel like I’m being a burden (like my old surgery did). Love the fact they offer face to face appointments. All the staff are very nice and polite.

Everyone at this surgery has been amazing. The GP I spoke to today is extremely caring and thorough. I could not asked for a better GP and highly recommend the Practice.

Great service, phoned for an appointment at 08:30 and was seen by 14:00, receptionist was friendly and very helpful. GP was friendly & attentive and put me at ease immediately, he listened to my explanation of what was wrong and then after looking, took the time to converse and explain what he thought was wrong. He then explained the treatment options, took a second look and then explained how we could follow up if there was no improvement. First rate service from from a great GP!

I have found the surgery very helpful.Dr.followed up my condition I found very reassuring.The clinic have taken over my tablets and have them delivered every two months.This is a great help for me .Takes a lot of worry away from me.

I phoned today and got to see the practice doctor. Very helpful checking my blood pressure, and general health. Saw a doctor afterwards, she sorted more blood pressure tablets and is helping arrange new diabetes items for me.

Wow!! This surgery is absolutely incredible. You can tell the new management have worked extremely hard to improve the whole service. All the staff have such a warm, friendly, caring manner. They really do their best to get the best. Couldn’t ask for a better surgery. Thank you all at The Willows

I was at an urgent care clinic in Moorfields and they urgently needed to see some test results that the Willows practice had organised. I had to call to get them emailed to me. I was a bit reticent as in the past, the phone system wasn't great. But they now have a new phone system and it worked! The receptionist immediately dealt with my first request for recent test results and I received the email within minutes. My second call for more tests results which were done a few years back was also dealt with very speedily and this really helped the doctor at Moorfields. I was really impressed and very grateful.
