I used the e consul and it is phenomenal! With 24 hours a GP called and then arranged to see me at a time that suited myself. When I was seen I felt as thought I was listened to and as treated with respect throughout ! Couldn’t fault the service . Thank you x

I was treated with promptly as soon as I walked the reception, the attending nurse checked my blood pressure and sugar levels. The results were promptly phoned to myself without me having to chase them up. Advice was given on for my high blood pressure and sugar levels and appropriate medicine was given. thank-you NHS

The Doctor and staff are extremely caring. They are very thorough and I have had an extremely high quality of care. I have had numerous medical problems and the doctor and staff are exceptional.

My little boy been unwell call up and got an appointment straight away. Dr check all his symptoms carefully. Prescribed medicine and been so reassuring. We have always manage to get appointments and all the receptionist there are brilliant at their job. They have always been so kind and understanding. Thank you!

I have been very well treated today with my appointment at my doctors willows surgery in particular with my doctor himself..he was very helpful and very professional and I felt he genuinely cared about me and my issue and made sure I got the care and attention I needed.

Yet again a lovely experience from the Willows. Phoned for some MRI results and was given a telephone appointment with a doctor to discuss these. Doctor called when scheduled and gave me the results and happily answered my questions and then immediately booked me a physio appointment for a few days time . Always find the reception staff and doctors polite and friendly. Highly recommended

I required two separate appointments for myself and my Son. The receptionist and GP were accommodating and ensured my Son was seen as earliest as they could and also arranged a next day blood test for myself at the surgery as I couldn’t travel to another clinic. The GP answered all my questions without making me feel like I was taking up any of her time and was thorough in explaining why my Son may be experiencing his symptoms.
