    My midwife sent an email to the practice advising iron tablets, and from processing to prescribing, it was all done within 24 hours, with a text message from the doctors about the prescription being sent. I was very impressed!

    No longer have to wait in telephone queue due to new innovation of ring back where you receive a text message to let you know where you are in the queue. Rang today to make an appointment, knew exactly where I was in the queue by checking my text. My call back came fairly quickly and appointment all sorted. Great service well done Tower !

    Rang the surgery to request some blood tests, told the receptionist my symptoms and that I thought it might be IBS or Coliec disease. Although she could see on my record that I had been to A&E days before, she replied “As it is Not Urgent !! I will get the nurse to call you next Tuesday 🤦🏼‍♀️. Rang my mum in tears who ended up demanding to speak to my own surgery and then to complaints and complaints manager (not a typo). My doctor receptionist was very helpful and triaged her more urgently. Doctor rang later that evening, examined over the telephone 🤦🏼‍♀️, advised blood tests, but still no offer of Face to Face. Wednesday ended up back in A&E, outcome possible Gastrointestinal. Third visit on Saturday resulted in ultrasound and waiting for endoscopy 🤷🏼‍♀️…,, Not Urgent 🤔 absolute waste of time 😡

    I had a call back from a GP at 5:25 & he promised I would have someone from physio call me next day. After a couple of phone calls the next day I was seen by a lovely physiotherapist, had a half hour session & was emailed some exercises to do at home. A great big thankyou to everyone that dealt with me.

    Been with this practice a long time. Never had a problem with appointments and staff always obliging. Recently had a health scare involving further tests at hospital and the Gp and Reception staff went above and beyond to reassure me and get everything done in a timely way so I could go on a long planned trip of a lifetime. I cannot praise them enough and am still grateful for their help

    Had appointment with physiotherapist that was good. He was concerned with some issues with my health and after his session he asked me to wait in the surgery until he could get a doctor tom see me. A doctor did see me , after an examination did reassure me about the concerns.

    I have been with Greenmount a very long time , it was the best surgery. But now I wish I could find somewhere else . Hard to get appointments even though surgery never hardly anyone in, if there are they usually for the nurse. Prescription take days for acute. Since going into Tower Health I hear people complaining all the time. I have been in two weeks on the run to speak to a doctor regarding a new condition , stress levels high enough without not being able to get an appointment.

    Phoned at 9 am as app for online appointments for Greenmount, was full within 20 mins as it always is. As usual message saying extremely busy call volumes, waited 1/2 hr and was still more than 30 people in the queue, went into the surgery and was told no one there due to sickness to answer the phone. No appointments available even though I may have two fractured fingers and pain in my arms and wrists due to a fall. Said they would pass to triage nurse would not get back to me on the day. Absolute disgrace. Waiting room only had 2 patients sat there and about 30 empty seats. It never gets any better. Something is very wrong with this practice. Same story with people I speak to who are patients there too.

    Phoned yesterday morning re daughter ill with suspected uti. Was told a dr would phone back- no phone call received. Today rang Tower again and was told they couldn’t handle her case and to ring 111. We ended up in A&E for 4 hours (where it was extremely busy but got excellent treatment)- this could have been avoided with a phone call or a doctor’s appointment. What waste of A&E resources

    My husband has dementia and the Consultant at the memory clinic changed his antidepressant prescription on the 28th of November. It's now the 13th of December and I still haven't managed to get the new medication. The receptionist I initially spoke to didn't seem to have a clue but I trusted her to sort it out. Since then I have tried to contact the surgery twice but gave up after 30 minutes. I'm not well either and we really don't need all this hassle. I will change my practice as soon as I can. This is sad as we have been with them since1982
