    I was explained everthing that was going to be done clearly. I was made comfortable. The staff were approachable. Very Knowledgeable. The place was nice and cool. I was attended to within the time frame.

    On most occasions have had wonderful experience when talking to the practice’s receptionists, particularly the one I spoke to this morning - great voice, polite, respectful and knowledgeable.

    I phoned the practice late in the morning expecting to have a long delay in getting an appointment, but the receptionist was friendly and helpful and arranged an appointment quickly. Thank you.

    Once I got the GP appointment to be on the same day phone appt, I got very good outcome from speaking with the GP. The problem is that it has been very difficult to get any appointments and the e-consult from is confusing. It asks how long are you going to be ill? How on earth would I know that? And it doesn't ask how long I have been off sick so far, which it should ask. I filled in the form after being sick for 7 days and I got an appointment a week after that, which would have forced me to go back to work whilst unwell. I am a nurse working in operating theatres, so going to work unfit would be dangerous. Luckily I got a phone appointment today, but I had to use two phones to have any kind of chance to get on the phone que with any chance of appointment. Previous day I called 8am too and there was nothing available. Now, if you wonder why people with serious health issues do not come forward, one reason definitely is that there are no GP appointments of any kind available.

    Dear Patient, thank for leaving a review and we are glad that you had a good outcome after speaking to the Doctor, unfortunately we do have a very high demand for appointments, but we do offer walk-in face-to-face appointments and telephone consultations on a daily basis. We also have pre-bookable appointments every day, you can book by telephoning or by coming into the surgery in person and talking to the receptionist. I will pass this to the rest of the team.

    I have numerous medical conditions and I know I can be a difficult patient. But all the staff at Valentine's assist me where possible, and I'm extremely grateful. Both at Ferryview and my local surgery Holbourne Road

    Just had an appointment today, got to the practice at 8:10am and booked to be seen at 9:40 by my doctor at the holborn road. From the reception desk to the doctors, I don't have anything to complain. Always so nice and attentive, it's a pleasure going there.

    The practice officer dealt with the problem I experienced submitting a weekly blood pressure monitoring form quickly and efficiently. The doctor reviewed it and responded quickly which reduced my anxiety enormously. This was all greatly appreciated.
