My prescription was sent to the incorrect pharmacy, the pharmacy technician amended this immediately and the prescription was re-routed to the correct pharmacy. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it.

All staff always helpful. Can't do enough for you. GP is very supportive of enabling managing own health and nurses all really helpful as are receptionists

The care, politeness and professionalism shown to me by the nurse soon made me forget the fact that I was called in approximately 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I cannot speak highly enough of the nurse because in my view every aspect of service delivery it was a ten out of ten.

I was really pleased to be put in contact with the practice Pharmacy Technician. He listened and understood the issue I had getting my prescriptions filled at the chemist. He resolved it for me and even spoke to the chemist to ensure they could provide the correct medication. He was very polite and helpful. A massive thank you to him for acknowledging my concern and resolving it.

My encounters with this surgery have been hit and miss. From being wrongly diagnosed in the beginning, by the surgery which delayed a proper consultation by months. I am now under an amazing consultant so feeling a lot more confident. Awaiting my surgery and feeling increasingly uncomfortable, I sort an appointment with a nurse. What a lovely person. So understanding. Not to mention the incredible receptionist. Previous receptionists at your surgery were horrendous. I'm talking the older ones, totally lacking in understanding, empathy or just a smile. Now we are onto the younger generation. The receptionist has been so helpful in organising appointments, explaining things and just putting herself out for the sake of a patient, me. The difference from Previous receptionists to now is huge. Yes it'd still hard to get an appointment, but a pleasant demeanour goes a long way in softening the blow. You two are 🌟 stars. Can't put your names, Why?

I took my baby for his jabs and the nurse that gave them communicated so well with me what the vaccines were, how they would be administered, how baby may feel afterwards and what to look for/be aware of. The nurse was so good with my baby, speaking to him throughout and being patient as he cried. I haven’t used this practice before, I normally go to a partnered one however I have had a better experience here than at my regular doctors. Highly recommend this practice and the nurse was just so kind. I’m very happy with my experience today.

The lady I saw was very helpful went above and beyond with the advice she gave me ,completely put me at ease , there was no rushing and gave me some very useful information .

The practice team are helpful and try to help and find ways to get appointments and solutions. My recent appointment with a practice nurse was professional and kind, with routine screening done well
