Being diagnosed with COPD I was put under the care of a specialist COPD nurse. Her enthusiasm and experience were second to none, she exudes empathy and understanding and she is also an active listener. Right from the get go she fully understood the feelings attributed to both the physical and emotional impact of the life changing disease. With this in mind her diagnosis and care plan was all about me. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to give a positive review of my recent appointment, because so many reviews focus on what doesn't happen, rather than the excellent things that do. Two very professional nurses. Very friendly and approachable, I didn't feel rushed and they explained alot to me ,which put my mind at ease... a credit to the service!

Very practical, speedy friendly advice and service when my wife and i needed energency advice this week. Front line staff, doctors and duty nurses, engagedcquickly and flexibly to fit me in with a bloodctest as they had a gap. Dealt with my wifes tequest for an intervention on iral thrush by offering an IT solution fir photographing symptoms and gaining quick appointment as a result.

Very supportive in helping me manage my diabetes, including a course with slimming world which was excellent in getting me to manage my weight better

Just been for my diabetes blood letting and general check up. I must commend Nurse on her ability to be kind, comical and professional. She always makes me feel comfortable and it makes it easier to engage with her and in fact receptionists and Doctors I have seen. Keep it up West Lodge, you're doing great.
