I had a recent medical with two nurses both were extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable, even when discussing sensitive topics, I can't recommend them enough.

I’m not usually at this practice but would love to change over. Everything was checked over with an at ease atmosphere. I loved that professionals came to greet patients in the waiting room. So much friendlier and more welcoming than a screen that bleeps your name out.

I met a member of the practice to discuss a diabetes diagnosis. Information offered was clear and concise. Any questions I had were answered in a way I understood. Lots of practical advice was offered and I found the whole experience very calming. Thank you.

Went for a NHS health check. Was seen by 2 excellent practitioner (one student nurse) that explained all the process well

Just had my least favourite appointment of all, the dreaded smear test! The nurse was so kind and made me feel at ease even though it was a bit tricky! Thankyou so much xx

Nurses were friendly and didn’t rush the appointment. They explained what was going to happen clearly. Also, the room was spacious and not cramped as some medical rooms tend to be.

Efficient service. I was only in the practice for 5-10 minutes and saw the nurse and had my blood taken. I was called for my appointment slightly ahead of the appointment time.

I was seen for a health check. The person I saw was professional, friendly and was very efficient. The chat put me at ease while bloods were being done.

No waiting time though I arrived on time to be fair. The hcp was extremely friendly and chatty yet professional. She listened to everything I said and answered all my daft questions patiently. She was careful and sensitive when taking blood and it didn't hurt at all even though I was a little hesitant. Great service all round thank you!
