Review titled Same old problems
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 28 November 2024
Had an appointment for my 5 month old at 15:20. Finally called in to see the doctor at 16:15 despite there only being one other person in the waiting room the whole time we were there. No communication from the receptionist. I've wanted to change surgery's for a while. This had made me more certain to register somewhere else

Review titled Rude receptionist
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 27 November 2024
I attended an appointment at the surgery and whilst there put my repeat prescription in with the receptionist, only ro be told I couldn't order 1 of my medication while there and was made to fill a form out. Never have I had a problem ordering this medication either through the app or via the receptionist until yesterday, luckily the nurse knew I had this medication and ordered it for me while I was seeing her. Even after explaining to the new receptionist I've never encountered a problem before and never had it refused before she still refused to put the order of it through. The lovely nurse did say she would have words with her. In future will stick to going to the longton surgery to put prescriptions as Jeanette is lovely

Review titled Diabetic review
Rated 4 stars out of 5

It might help if the member of staff carrying out the review actually read the patients notes before the appointment. I’ve got a diabetic ulcer on my toe that the member of staff seamed to have no idea about.

Review titled Poor practice
Rated 2 stars out of 5

My appointment was at 1 o’clock didn’t get called in the room in till 1.55, I asked if they could do more tests to find out why I keep getting water infections to be told that is no records of me having a water infection this year, which is wrong due to putting a sick note in work for a week early this year for a a infection that bad that I was crying in pain on toilet. I have also had antibiotics a few times since that experience for the same thing. I think this very unprofessional.
