The dr was great. She listened and understood and explained what my next steps would be to recover from my long illness.

Disappointed to only find out when I was seen by Practice Nurse that the Shingles vaccination that I was due to receive couldn't be given as they had run out and so would need to book another appointment in a couple of weeks time to get it then. Is compounded by the number of reminders I had sent to me on the run-up to my appointment to attend. However appointment was not a total waste of my time as I was offered (and was subsequently given) a pneumonia vaccination instead.

I have been on a diet now fair few months but the nurse is amazing no judgement off her amazing recommend this lady to anyone, you do get some nice ones and lucky me Iv fell a good one thank you for helping me with my weight journey

Another Excellent visit with physiotherapist. Nice to see a continuation of care from the same individual I’ve been seeing for nearly 3 years. Fully invested in my recovery, going above and beyond their job description Very pleased at present: I hope this level of care continues Superb: thank you 🙏

Today I had my contraceptive implant removed and replaced. Having had the procedure done before at a health clinic I was slightly concerned about being in pain while having the procedure. I didn't need to be. Today's appointment was so relaxed. The female Dr was very knowledgeable and friendly. I didn't not feel rushed. She did the procedure and I didn't not feel any pain or discomfort at all. Thank you so much for looking after me today

Took my son to the dr after being told by the hospital that if the problem he has persists after a certain again it will need seeing too we’re now past the age and the problem is still there , and for the dr to tell me there nothing wrong and it’s totally normal what my son has even after being scanned at the hospital and being told different the dr didn’t look at his notes she just passed it off as normal , then I question another thing well being there and she told me he would need be referred for that but I will have to make a new appointment for him then they will refer absolutely no use what so ever and we are now at a stand still with what to do with the problem we went with, as she has put it down as normal even when the scan from the hospital showed different ! Won’t be going to the dr we went to yesterday again for any of my children or my self

We are always quick to complain but never as quick to compliment Emailed in yesterday morning, called back yesterday afternoon and an apt last night. Nurse actually listened to what my daughter had been struggling with for weeks and advised and prescribed Great service from start to finish yesterday Willow Bank plse keep it up
