    Dr contacted us for a review .was sympethetic and didnt seem rushed. Asked a lot of questions and had all historical records to review.. I did request a change of physician for personal readons and they were happy to accomadate amd invited me for a face to face review as well

    Having tried for three mornings to get an appointment ( on phone from 8am) an appointment was found for me. Not at my surgery but one I could get to with help. The staff there were polite and helpful and I saw the doctor only a few minutes later than booked. The problem came the next day when collecting my prescription as one item wasn’t included. I had to return to the surgery where I had been seen. Once again the staff were very helpful and later the missing item was prescribed. Unfortunately that item is no longer available so am now waiting for a new prescription which I hope I can get.

    My wife and I attended the Clinic at Willowbrook Medical Centre on Saturday morning - booked appointments. From start to finish the whole process took under 5 minutes for both of us. Efficient, well organised, professional, effective, courteous and an excellent experience. Thank you.

    Seen on time very friendly and professional. Making appointments are having to wait in a phone queue but they will try and see you if not try to get you seen at one of there other surgery's in the group .

    I have been looked after quite well for 30+ years and until the merger was very happy, recently tho I needed to speak to someone urgently however after being 17th in the queue for an hour I walked to the surgery still on the phone still 17th in the queue, to find no one on the phone 1 person in the waiting room and the 2 receptionist were just having a chat. This merger is another symptom of a broken NHS and a call centre that doesn't work. However most of the willows staff are kind and committed.

    I have to share my experience with Willowbrook Medical Centre, as it’s been quite a journey. First off, trying to get an appointment is really tough. Even calling right when they open at 8am doesn’t guarantee you’ll get through quickly. And don’t get your hopes up with their call-back option—it doesn’t actually put you first in line as you might think. Then, there’s the parking. It’s a total nightmare to find a spot. Once you finally get a hold of someone for an appointment, they seem to push you to see a clinician instead of a doctor. You have to specifically ask to see a doctor, which seems backwards to me. They should be trying to get you the help you need from the start. On the positive side, checking in is easy and straightforward. And once you do see them, the doctors and nurses are really nice and helpful. But the hassle to get there is just too much. I can’t recommend Willowbrook Medical Centre because of the long waits, the parking issues, and the appointment troubles. It would be great if they could fix these problems and make the process smoother for everyone.

Appointment access is a national issue but we are constantly working to improve our systems with the resources we have available to make the process smoother for everyone. Regarding the parking situation, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are aware of the challenges with parking and are actively exploring solutions to try and alleviate this issue. We understand your feedback regarding the preference for seeing a doctor over a clinician. Please note that we do try and direct patients to the appropriate clinician where possible to ensure your symptoms are managed effectively, and to make better use of GP time and appointments.     I went in for my usual diet and lifestyle appointment for my type2 diabetes, but what I got was a fantastic nurse who listened to me talk about my recent mental health issues. I left the surgery feeling relieved and considerably less stressed than when I went in. Thank you for employing such lovely caring nursing staff.

    Had a telephone consultation and the Doctor was very sympathetic and understood my needs. As a trainee she wanted a second opinion from a senior doctor to release different medication. True to her word I got a call later that day.

    I met a Dr on Monday 25/09, Dr seemed very less emphatic and more robotic kept on saying to me you have 4 mins then 3 mins and then reminded me you have 1 more minute, very robotic and no. Human touch and this makes you feel as they do not care i have multiple health issues however i appreciate the time restraint he kept on saying book another appointment and you struggle to get appointments anyway a few weeks ago i met the nurse and it was the same further did my diabetic foot check and the needles used to check my sensation I could not feel them at all and later on I looked on the system and it has recorded as my feet being perfectly fine, I really want to reach out to my GP but it seems there is no way I can so I can discuss these shortcomings and my serious health concerns as I need help
