I went for my annual blood test. It was very quick and efficient. I only had to wait a few minutes after using the screen check in. The waiting room was clean and calm. The Healthcare Assistant who took my blood was very pleasant and welcoming.

Very friendly and efficient service. I have been to many practices in my life but this is by far the best well organised doctors practice. Very friendly and helpful at all times.

The GP that saw my daughter and I was obviously in a bad mood. She was abrupt, and came across as rude. She became aware of her mannerisms as the consultant was nearing the end then began to change her tone of voice then spoke with encouraging words. My daughter and I were made to feel dismissed and unwelcome. I will be making sure my daughter and I will never see this GP again.

Nice gps who are knowledgeable and kind Unfortunately have had several experiences of the receptionist being rude, blunt and unhelpful. Wait times are very poor, and the current system isn’t flexible to allow everyone to access it for routine issues. Disappointing interactions overall with non-clinical staff. But overall they get the job done and good quick response when it comes to urgent matters

Following recent tests my GP made phone contact at what most people would refer as "out of hours" with advice and details of further referral. This has moved the process on rapidly and shows the absolute promise of care from an exceptional practice. Thank you and well done

I am surprised the surgery are not charging me rent, I have been coming for so long. Every time i come, i am greeted with a smile no matter who i am there to see. The staff are always great with their advise, and how to continue self care at home.

The whole experience is smooth sailing. The staff are lovely. Very clean, modern environment It runs really efficiently. Best practice I’ve ever been too. I used to live in Berkshire and have previously been register to 3 other practices.

The reception staff and doctors at this practice are always very professional, helpful and caring. Never seem to have a problem getting appointments.

I had weeks of ear pain saw two nurses for treatment this didn’t work fully so referred to gp who thought still had infection in ear canal and prescribed stronger antibiotics for me so waiting for these to work now
