I really came away from my nurse appointment feeling positive. She was encouraging of my self care and efforts to treat myself, and she explained things clearly. I appreciated her approach of not rushing to prescribe antibiotics if not needed and also helping me think about how to prevent the problem from recurring

Had to wait for 1st appointment, then X-ray. 3 week wait for result. Wait for 2nd appointment to see a doctor, referral to someone else. Another wait of a few weeks I believe. Watch this space! Feeling a bit adrift

I was listened to when phoning for appt. Receptionist was very polite, helpful and professional. Gave me advice in a friendly manner

I woke up with a problem I was very worried about. After phoning the practice I was given a 2.30 appointment. The doctor was kind, considerate and understanding. I was given a new prescription and an email was sent to my consultant in Oxford informing of my changed condition. An ECG was arranged for later that afternoon and was again treated with courtesy and care. An excellent medical practice.

Routine blood test & blood pressure check with nurse. Must be be assessed it was holiday time I found space in car park & waiting room was almost empty!! Was seen on time & nurse was pleasant & friendly. The staff here are usually so.

Been my HC for many years. Always extremely good care. This was a blood test. Professional, happy and caring. A great team at Witney.

The staff at the practice are always helpful,polite and courteous. I spoke to doctor on the phone he was very understanding and said to ring for appointment next day,as I couldn't make that evening. The doctor I saw for the examination was very good too. He explained everything again. Both doctor's were polite and gave me time to ask about few things. I understand that you are all very busy, and it was good to be able to see someone. I appreciate you all work very hard and so would like to say thank you.

Lovely receptionist who listened got an appointment within hours. The doctor very nice but was a locum and listened but didn’t really analyse she just read off my previous notes and prescribed what I had for a different previous condition which wasn’t the same.

Receptionists always very polite and helpful and things run smoothly. I use the on site pharmacy and find them all helpful.
