Had to order my new meds , process was quick easy and friendly, nurse called on time and was very polite and accommodating, great experience

Attending a routine asthma check up I required a physio appointment and a docs appointment for a follow up. I was offered appointments for both on the same day albeit at an alternative surgery I do find booking appointments face to face is very easy rather than the phone

Excellent opportunities for chatting through treatment and support plans complete with medication review and opportunities to raise questions. I was treated with respect throughout and the process was organised to suit me. I am very pleased and appreciate being supported by this member of the nursing team.

I have been with this practice for 34 years. They have gone down hill rapidly with the exception of the registered nurses. They do their best. Nothing is followed up on by gps. It's impossible to get threw on the phone. Often get cut off. I don't go often. I'd rather just get on with it than be ignored.

I have attended the GP surgery to take away the stitches I had after my open heart surgery on 2 December 2023. The nurse was very polite and she removed the stitches causing any pain to me. She advised me what to do and what not to do during this period

I had a very good experience with visit to GP today she was very kind and so understanding and gave me time to explain things best consultation I’ve had. Would be great if I could have her as my main dr as it builds a good relationship and gives patients confidence to go to see gP.
