I was unsure if I was eligible for a shingles vaccination, and although your receptionists weren’t sure they arranged for the practice nurse to call me to discuss it. When the nurse called she had already checked my records, found I was eligible and went on to offer a choice of dates for the vaccine, as well as arranging a general health check. So just a few hours after asking my question I had everything I could need arranged. No complaints at all - many thanks!

Phoned in morning for appointment to speak to doctor. Was rang back in 5 minutes and appointment made. Doctor phoned about an hour later. All sorted. Happy with service.

An audiologist found a problem with my eardrums and asked me to see my doctor. My appointment started with a thorough review of some recent tests (unrelated to the hearing issue). My concerns were taken fully into account and further investigations were arranged to fully investigate the situation. We then discussed the hearing issue and again it was looked into carefully and a prompt referral was made. I left feeling very reassured that the doctor was looking for causes rather than just treating symptoms, and feel confident that both of my health issues are being properly and fully investigated. I saw a Doctor to discuss problems with my hearing identified by an audiologist. She sent the details to an ENT department and within a few days I was told that all was well. That was much quicker than I expected, and has saved me from worrying further about the issue. At the same consultation the doctor referred me for an endoscopy, and although she couldn’t estimate how long the wait may be, I was very pleased to receive a call yesterday offering me an appointment in two weeks time. Again, that’s much quicker than I expected, and I’m very grateful for the quick response to both of my concerns. Thank you!

The nurse called me promptly on the same day I visited the surgery. She answered all my questions for the new HRT I would be on and reassured me to get back to the surgery if any issues occurred with the new medication and that I would be monitored while on it. I felt informed and confident I would be supported while on the new medication.

I did an online consult about my medication on a Monday afternoon. I was told I would get a reply by end of the day on Thursday which I was happy with. Iwas called the following morning and my prescription sent to the pharmacy. I find this service amazing. it's how I do most of my contact regarding medicines and queries and have always got a reply the following day whether it's a call/email or text.

I had a lovely nurse call to do my COPD check. She was cheerful and professional making sure I was getting all the help I needed. Even helping me to get help with my weight loss.

Wrafton surgery is far the best GP around from the receptionist staff, nurses, doctors, midwife. Every staff member is friendly, professional, provide an outstanding duty of care to it's patients. Staff always have a smile on there face.

My call was scheduled for the morning with a rough eta - which was spot on. Really friendly, understanding and knowledgable Snr Nurse who helped hugely - and made me aware of other services available to me, sending me all links to it was easy for me to call / email. Thanks team.
