As always, the nurse phoned when arranged despite her working long hours into the evening. She was helpful and listened carefully to my concerns/ situation. Appropriate support was offered in consultation with me. I was left feeling that the appointment had supported me well and provided a positive way forward with a plan for next steps.

I reported my problems Wednesday last week, I had a cancelled appointment at hospital on Monday and results Tuesday. Just got to wait for follow up in a week or 2. So quick and real care shown when talking to Nurse, Dr or medical person. NHS at its best.

Since being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in October last year, the team at Wrafton House have been so supportive and given me excellent guidance. I had a long telephone call this week with the nurse manager as I was upset and really worried, and the advice and support she gave me was so helpful and very much needed. She gave me her time without making me feel rushed or that she was pushed for time, which I appreciate as I know you are all so busy at the surgery. I have to say that if she hadn’t given me that chat and reassured me, I might not have been able to pick myself back up, so I am so very very grateful.

The practice nurse at this surgery is amazing. She really takes the time to listen to you and helps you work through your medical concerns. Yesterday when she had to talk to me about an issue she really listened yo me and took the whole picture into account. Her support every time I see her is invaluable.

I was unsure if I was eligible for a shingles vaccination, and although your receptionists weren’t sure they arranged for the practice nurse to call me to discuss it. When the nurse called she had already checked my records, found I was eligible and went on to offer a choice of dates for the vaccine, as well as arranging a general health check. So just a few hours after asking my question I had everything I could need arranged. No complaints at all - many thanks!

Phoned in morning for appointment to speak to doctor. Was rang back in 5 minutes and appointment made. Doctor phoned about an hour later. All sorted. Happy with service.

An audiologist found a problem with my eardrums and asked me to see my doctor. My appointment started with a thorough review of some recent tests (unrelated to the hearing issue). My concerns were taken fully into account and further investigations were arranged to fully investigate the situation. We then discussed the hearing issue and again it was looked into carefully and a prompt referral was made. I left feeling very reassured that the doctor was looking for causes rather than just treating symptoms, and feel confident that both of my health issues are being properly and fully investigated. Thank you!

I saw a Doctor to discuss problems with my hearing identified by an audiologist. She sent the details to an ENT department and within a few days I was told that all was well. That was much quicker than I expected, and has saved me from worrying further about the issue. At the same consultation the doctor referred me for an endoscopy, and although she couldn’t estimate how long the wait may be, I was very pleased to receive a call yesterday offering me an appointment in two weeks time. Again, that’s much quicker than I expected, and I’m very grateful for the quick response to both of my concerns. Thank you!
